JTC needed a system to help them manage their administration business. With multiple clients and reporting deadlines, being able to monitor completion of tasks and manage staff workload was critical to the smooth running of their business.

Solution

Using the Sirius application framework, Vega were able to develop a work activity scheduling and monitoring system designed to meet JTC’s requirements. It has an integrated escalation processing engine and email alerts tool so that activities can be monitored in real-time and reported on regularly for internal or external compliance purposes.
